Αποτελείται από δυο ορόφους, παρέχοντας ένα μοντέρνο, άνετο, ασφαλές και ευρύχωρο περιβάλλον διακοπών.
Ισόγειο
Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει ένα μεγάλος ενιαίος κλιματιζόμενος χώρος, που λειτουργεί ως σαλόνι και καθιστικό με δορυφορική smart τηλεόραση. Επίσης, υπάρχει μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα ιδανική για οικογένειες. Διευκολύνει το μαγείρεμα, την προετοιμασία γευμάτων & σνακ, καθώς περιλαμβάνει ψυγειοκαταψύκτη, κουζίνα, φούρνο, βραστήρα, αποχυμωτή, καφετιέρα, τοστιέρα, μπλέντερ και φυσικά, μαχαιροπίρουνα, ποτήρια, μαγειρικά σκεύη, πλυντήριο πιάτων και τραπεζαρία. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται και μια μεγάλη κρεβατοκάμαρα με υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι, κλιματισμό και πρόσβαση σε μπαλκόνι, το οποίο διαθέτει καναπέ και πολυθρόνες με απρόσκοπτη θέα στη πισίνα, στο πέλαγος αλλά και στα βουνά. Τέλος περιλαμβάνεται ένα WC με πλυντήριο ρούχων, πιστολάκι μαλλιών και είδη περιποίησης.
Σίδερο και σιδερώστρα υπάρχουν σε ειδικά διαμορφωμένο χώρο.
Όροφος
Ο όροφος περιλαμβάνει κρεβατοκάμαρα με δύο μονά κρεβάτια, (με δυνατότητα ένωσης σε διπλό), και είναι επίσης κλιματιζόμενη, με δικό της WC. H κρεβατοκάμαρα έχει πρόσβαση σε μεγάλη βεράντα με τραπεζαρία και θέα στο πέλαγος και τα βουνά.

ExceptionalGreat place for nature lovers and people who want to relax and look for tranquility. The villa has really everything you need, kitchen is very well equipped. The 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms are ideal for a family or 2 couples. The house is exactly as per the pictures. The view is mountain and sea, breathtaking. We enjoyed our stay so much, just too short! The owner is super helpful and responsive and we had all we needed. Even for the first day the fridge was equipped with water, marmelade, eggs...we had bread and coffee. So nice!
PerfektPerfect Location in Triopetra overlooking the valley and the Lybian Sea. Wonderful facilities. Extremely friendly landlord who was always the contact and conversation partner. Fridge filled with fruit and vegetables. Just perfect for us.
Amazing place which captures the wild beauty of the southern CreteThe environment in the south of Crete is amazing. tall mountains fall into the deep blue see with just few people. In the morning, we had our breakfast at the patio with great view of the Libyan sea, mountains and omnipresent sheep which work on their own schedule. The host was extremely helpful and very thoughtful regarding our one year old daughter, he prepared a lot of toys which completely captivated her. At night, the sky was very clear and filled with stars.

ExceptionalLiebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit sehr schönem Aussenbereich mit Pool. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist unglaublich und wird uns fehlen. Wir wurden sehr nett betreut und uns wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt.Vom Haus aus kann man zum Strand laufen und schöne Strandspaziergänge machen.
Paradijs in Zuid KretaPrachtige luxe villa op een hele mooie plek in de natuur. Het uitzicht is fantastisch en je hebt veel privacy. Alles in het huis is compleet. Goede stevige lange bedden. De eigenaar is heel erg vriendelijk en respecteert de privacy. Hij reageert heel snel op alle vragen en er lag van alles in de koelkast toen we aankwamen om te kunnen ontbijten de eerste ochtend. Zuid Kreta is heel erg mooi en nog niet zo toeristisch. Het huis ziet er precies zo uit als op de foto's. De tuin is heel groot en het zwembad is heerlijk en schoon.
Rihiger, wunderschöner und erholsamer Ort mit MeerblickDie Villa Zoe hat uns sehr gefallen. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, das man braucht, auch wenn man viel Zeit im Haus verbringt. Auch der Garten ist liebevoll gepflegt. Sogar Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine hatte es. Öl und Essig, Salz und Pfeffer, Gewürze, eine Schale voll frischer Früchte, Gemüse und noch ein paar andere Lebensmittel waren für uns bereit. Es war für alles gesorgt, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Unser Gastgeber Konstantinos hat uns willkommen geheissen und war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Die Strände sind zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.
Schöner als auf dem BildDie Villa war noch schöner als auf den Bildern und sie war sehr sauber. Es war alles dabei - gute Ausstattung der Küche, Waschmittel, einige Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank, Früchte, Wasser, Wein, genügend Tücher, Sonnenschirm und noch mehr. Der Pool wurde mehrmals gereinigt, Konstantinos hat sich um uns wunderbar gekümmert. Wir haben in der Villa Zoe eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht und wir werden wieder einmal gerne kommen.
Grandioser Blick, herrliche Ruhe, perfekte AuszeitWir wurden sehr herzlich von unserem Vermieter Konstantinos empfangen und erhielten neben unserem Schlüssel viele Tipps für Tavernen und Ausflugsziele. Das Haus ist wunderschön, perfekt eingerichtet und der eigene Pool hat zur täglichen Erfrischung beigetragen. Der Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und das nahe Meer ist atemberaubend . Für uns war die Lage des Hauses ideal, da wir eine gewisse Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sehr schätzen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man die nächsten Tavernen innerhalb von wenigen Minuten. Die nächsten größeren Orte mit Supermarkt etc. liegen etwa 20-30 Minuten entfernt. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.
Holiday in paradiseEverything! The villa is exquisite. It's beautifully decorated, well equipped for everything you could need in a more remote location on the island, beds are comfortable, the garden is gorgeous, the two terraces are perfect to sit with a coffee or a drink, read, or just soak in the view. The pool is a real bonus and we made great use of it, the loungers with the canopy were brilliant,, and the views are to die for. There are plenty of space to park the car, which was important for us. Konstantinos is a really friendly host, he kindly explained us the best places to eat in the area, the different beaches and when it's a good time to go to each depending on the weather. He clearly takes real pride in the villas. We had an amazing time at Villa Zoe in June. It felt like home away from home. We just wished we could spend more than a week there.
