Villa « Mariva » est une villa de vacances entièrement équipées, avec une vue magnifique sur la montagne et la mer, à seulement 3 minutes en voiture de la plage exotique de
Triopetra, idéales pour des vacances en famille à Triopetra, en Crète. Il se compose de deux étages, offrant un environnement de vacances moderne, confortable, sûr et spacieux.
REZ-DE-CHAUSSÉE
Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a un grand espace ouvert et climatisé, qui fonctionne comme un salon et un coin salon avec une télévision connectée par satellite.
Il y a aussi une cuisine entièrement équipée idéale pour les familles. Elle facilite le cuisiner, la préparation des repas et des collations, car elle comprend un réfrigérateur-congélateur, une cuisine, un four, une bouilloire, un presse-agrumes, une cafetière, un grille-pain, un mixeur et bien sûr, des couverts, des verres, des ustensiles de cuisine, un lave-vaisselle et un coin repas.
Au rez-de-chaussée il y a aussi un grande chambre avec lit king size, climatisation et accès à balcon , qui dispose d'un canapé et de fauteuils avec une vue imprenable sur la piscine, la mer et les montagnes. Enfin un WC est inclus avec lave-linge, sèche-cheveux et articles de toilette. Un fer et une planche à repasser sont disponibles dans un espace spécialement conçu à cet effet.
ÉTAGE
Le premier étage comprend une chambre à lits jumeaux (avec possibilité de joindre un lit double), et est également climatisé, avec son propre WC. La chambre a accès à une grande terrasse avec coin repas et vue sur la mer et les montagnes.

perfect stay for relaxing holidayVery nice house with beautiful view and very nice terrace in quiet area - perfect for a relaxing holiday. Everything was new and very clean. The owner is very friendly and always happy to help with recommendations. As some taverns where still closed due to low season he was happy to organize dinner for the guests - his aunt prepared the best moussaka we ever had :-) Several very nice and quiet beaches are just a few minutes away! We definitively recommend this place and would come back again!

It is located close to the beaches of Triopetra (we especially liked small Triopetra). the mountain views with the Libyan sea on the background are absolutely mesmerising and you just can’t get enough of it! SuperbSehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Bei Ankunft Lebensmittel und sogar Wein vorhanden..Wir wurden zwischendurch immer mit Leckereien verwöhnt. Modern und komfortabel mitten in der Natur gelegen. Sehr ruhig mit schönem Blick aufs Meer..Rundum perfekt. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Danke an Konstantinos

Erholung pur! Vielen Dank, KonstantinosLage, Ausstattung, Komfort waren sehr gut. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
ExceptionalDas Haus war superschön und sauber, alles da, was man brauchte. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach gigantisch! Konstantinos war ein phantastischer Gastgeber, der sich bestens um uns gekümmert hat und zur Stelle war, wann immer wir etwas brauchten oder wissen wollten. Vielen Dank dafür, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

The place: a beautiful valley with a view of the Jamahiriya Sea- The large terrace with swimming pool Constantinos was very helpful and friendly! The proximity to the very nice Triopetra Beach is the highlight of the big tourist hotels in the north coast - We spent 2 great weeks, very relaxing!
