Villa “Mariva” is a fully equipped holiday villa in Triopetra, Crete, ideal for family holidays, with wonderful mountain & sea views, just 3 minutes away by car from the exotic beach of Triopetra. It consists of two floors, providing a modern, comfortable, safe and spacious holiday environment.
Ground Floor
On the ground floor there is a large open air-conditioned space, which functions as a living room and sitting area with satellite smart TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen ideal for families. Facilitates cooking, preparing meals & snacks, as it includes fridge, freezer, kitchen, oven, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, toaster, blender and of course, cutlery, glasses, cookware, dishwasher, and dining area. There is a large bedroom with king size bed, air conditioning and access to a balcony, which has a sofa and armchairs with unobstructed views of the pool, the sea, and the mountains. Finally, there is a WC with a washing machine, hairdryer, and toiletries.
Iron and ironing board are available in a specially designated area.
Floor
The floor includes a bedroom with single twin beds (with the possibility of joining into a double), and is also air conditioned, with its own WC. The bedroom has access to a large terrace with dining area and views of the sea and mountains.

perfect stay for relaxing holidayVery nice house with beautiful view and very nice terrace in quiet area - perfect for a relaxing holiday. Everything was new and very clean. The owner is very friendly and always happy to help with recommendations. As some taverns where still closed due to low season he was happy to organize dinner for the guests - his aunt prepared the best moussaka we ever had :-) Several very nice and quiet beaches are just a few minutes away! We definitively recommend this place and would come back again!

SuperbSehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Bei Ankunft Lebensmittel und sogar Wein vorhanden..Wir wurden zwischendurch immer mit Leckereien verwöhnt. ExceptionalDas Haus war superschön und sauber, alles da, was man brauchte. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach gigantisch! Konstantinos war ein phantastischer Gastgeber, der sich bestens um uns gekümmert hat und zur Stelle war, wann immer wir etwas brauchten oder wissen wollten. Vielen Dank dafür, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

The place: a beautiful valley with a view of the Jamahiriya Sea- The large terrace with swimming pool Constantinos was very helpful and friendly! The proximity to the very nice Triopetra Beach is the highlight of the big tourist hotels in the north coast - We spent 2 great weeks, very relaxing!
