Villa „Mariva“ ist eine voll ausgestattete Ferienvilla mit herrlichem Berg- und Meerblick, nur 3 Autominuten vom exotischen Strand von Triopetra entfernt, ideal für einen Familienurlaub in Triopetra, Kreta. Es besteht aus zwei Etagen und bietet eine moderne, komfortable, sichere und geräumige Urlaubsumgebung.
ERDGESCHOSS
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein großer, offener, klimatisierter Raum, der als Wohnzimmer und Sitzecke mit Sat-Smart-TV dient.
Es gibt auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ideal für Familien. Erleichtert das Kochen, Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten und Snacks, da es einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, eine Küche, einen Backofen, einen Wasserkocher, eine Saftpresse, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Toaster, einen Mixer und natürlich Besteck, Gläser, Kochgeschirr, einen Geschirrspüler und einen Essbereich umfasst.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es auch eine großes Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, Klimaanlage und Zugang zu Balkon , das über ein Sofa und Sessel mit freiem Blick auf den Pool, das Meer und die Berge verfügt. Schließlich gibt es ein WC mit Waschmaschine, Haartrockner und Toilettenartikeln.
Ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett stehen in einem eigens dafür vorgesehenen Bereich zur Verfügung.
OBERGESCHOSS
Der erste Stock umfasst ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (mit der Möglichkeit, ein Doppelbett zu verbinden), und ist auch klimatisiert, mit eigenem WC.
Das Schlafzimmer hat Zugang zu einer großen Terrasse mit Essbereich und Blick auf das Meer und die Berge.

perfect stay for relaxing holidayVery nice house with beautiful view and very nice terrace in quiet area - perfect for a relaxing holiday. Everything was new and very clean. The owner is very friendly and always happy to help with recommendations. As some taverns where still closed due to low season he was happy to organize dinner for the guests - his aunt prepared the best moussaka we ever had :-) Several very nice and quiet beaches are just a few minutes away! We definitively recommend this place and would come back again!

ExceptionalDas Haus war superschön und sauber, alles da, was man brauchte. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach gigantisch! Konstantinos war ein phantastischer Gastgeber, der sich bestens um uns gekümmert hat und zur Stelle war, wann immer wir etwas brauchten oder wissen wollten. Vielen Dank dafür, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

The place: a beautiful valley with a view of the Jamahiriya Sea- The large terrace with swimming pool Constantinos was very helpful and friendly! The proximity to the very nice Triopetra Beach is the highlight of the big tourist hotels in the north coast - We spent 2 great weeks, very relaxing!
