Η βίλα “Mariva” είναι μία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη βίλα διακοπών, με υπέροχη θέα σε βουνό & θάλασσα, μόλις 3 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την εξωτική παραλία της Τριόπετρας, ιδανική για οικογενειακές διακοπές στην Τριόπετρα Κρήτης. Αποτελείται από δυο ορόφους, παρέχοντας ένα μοντέρνο, άνετο, ασφαλές και ευρύχωρο περιβάλλον διακοπών.
Ισόγειο
Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει ένα μεγάλος ενιαίος κλιματιζόμενος χώρος, που λειτουργεί ως σαλόνι και καθιστικό με δορυφορική smart τηλεόραση. Επίσης, υπάρχει μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα ιδανική για οικογένειες. Διευκολύνει το μαγείρεμα, την προετοιμασία γευμάτων & σνακ, καθώς περιλαμβάνει ψυγειοκαταψύκτη, κουζίνα, φούρνο, βραστήρα, αποχυμωτή, καφετιέρα, τοστιέρα, μπλέντερ και φυσικά, μαχαιροπίρουνα, ποτήρια, μαγειρικά σκεύη, πλυντήριο πιάτων και τραπεζαρία. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται και μια μεγάλη κρεβατοκάμαρα με υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι, κλιματισμό και πρόσβαση σε μπαλκόνι, το οποίο διαθέτει καναπέ και πολυθρόνες με απρόσκοπτη θέα στη πισίνα, στο πέλαγος αλλά και στα βουνά. Τέλος περιλαμβάνεται ένα WC με πλυντήριο ρούχων, πιστολάκι μαλλιών και είδη περιποίησης.
Σίδερο και σιδερώστρα υπάρχουν σε ειδικά διαμορφωμένο χώρο.
Όροφος
Ο όροφος περιλαμβάνει κρεβατοκάμαρα με δύο μονά κρεβάτια, (με δυνατότητα ένωσης σε διπλό), και είναι επίσης κλιματιζόμενη, με δικό της WC. H κρεβατοκάμαρα έχει πρόσβαση σε μεγάλη βεράντα με τραπεζαρία και θέα στο πέλαγος και τα βουνά.

perfect stay for relaxing holidayVery nice house with beautiful view and very nice terrace in quiet area - perfect for a relaxing holiday. Everything was new and very clean. The owner is very friendly and always happy to help with recommendations. As some taverns where still closed due to low season he was happy to organize dinner for the guests - his aunt prepared the best moussaka we ever had :-) Several very nice and quiet beaches are just a few minutes away! We definitively recommend this place and would come back again!

It is located close to the beaches of Triopetra (we especially liked small Triopetra). the mountain views with the Libyan sea on the background are absolutely mesmerising and you just can’t get enough of it! SuperbSehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Bei Ankunft Lebensmittel und sogar Wein vorhanden..Wir wurden zwischendurch immer mit Leckereien verwöhnt. Erholung pur! Vielen Dank, KonstantinosLage, Ausstattung, Komfort waren sehr gut. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
ExceptionalDas Haus war superschön und sauber, alles da, was man brauchte. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach gigantisch! Konstantinos war ein phantastischer Gastgeber, der sich bestens um uns gekümmert hat und zur Stelle war, wann immer wir etwas brauchten oder wissen wollten. Vielen Dank dafür, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

The place: a beautiful valley with a view of the Jamahiriya Sea- The large terrace with swimming pool Constantinos was very helpful and friendly! The proximity to the very nice Triopetra Beach is the highlight of the big tourist hotels in the north coast - We spent 2 great weeks, very relaxing!
